Warranty and Returns Policy
We understand that it can be difficult buying products online as you cannot pick them up and touch them as you would with conventional retail. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.
Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Return your purchase within 30 days of purchase
- Return in perfect condition, unused with all packaging neat and intact.
- Return at your own expense and packaged up well (we would also recommend sending to us with a tracking number in case of loss in transit)
Missing items, personalisation error or wrong product received
If we have omitted items you have ordered, made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:
- Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.
- Email us with the details of what is wrong, including a photo.
Faulty products and warranty claims
If your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery we will replace it free of charge.
Our products come with a 12 month warranty, during which period we will replace a defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse or loss.
Please email us with a description of the problem, a photo and your contact details. We will then follow up with further instructions or send a replacement.
